The Reason Why You Should Use Sunscreen Everyday

Image
(source: Pinterest) Using sunscreen is, unsurprisingly, one of the most important pieces of sun protection advice. As crucial as these products are for sun protection, research increasingly demonstrates that sunscreen chemicals harm the environment. So, what is the environmental impact of sunscreen, and how can we minimize UV damage while protecting the environment? If you love being outside in the sun, you're probably aware of the need for sun protection. With summer approaching, there is a greater emphasis on the significance of sunscreen. Make Sure That Your Skin Is Clean Before Sleep

Scientists often liken the structure of the stratum corneum to a brick wall. In this analogy, skin cells are the building blocks. Everything else, including the skin barrier, is the mortar that holds it all together. This grout contains essential nutrients such as cholesterol, ceramides, and fatty acids. Together, these compounds are known as the skin's "Natural moisturizers" because they help moisturize and nourish the deeper layers of the skin....
